Kajmak is a Serbian / Croatian fresh, unripen or "new" cheese made from unpasteurized, unhomogenized milk.
This soft dairy spread is enjoyed by many nationalities as an appetizer but also as a side dish or condiment. The simplest way to enjoy Kajmak is to spread on top of a bread which can be eaten for breakfast or as a snack.
